In this day of digital photography there is no reason to take just 1 shot.  I joined a group with “A Better World” a non-profit humanitarian relief organization based in Alberta doing photography in Kenya.

At the East Africa Mission Orphanage good friend Glenna asked me to come over and take some pictures of her and Candice.  So as normal I start shooting, not one, not two, but over 8 (I can’t remember I’ve deleted most now).

These two shots were shot 5 seconds before and 3 seconds after my favorite (below).

If you are like me you will agree this photo below has such feeling and emotion in it.  This ended up being the 5th shot I took in the series of Glenna and Candice.  In the 2.5 weeks shooting in Kenya I shot over 8,000 photos.  Below is why!
