Update: Photoshop Online is available for the iPod/iPhone!

Hello everyone. Today’s product review will be focusing on Adobe Photoshop Online. This is a completely free service offered by Adobe that was designed from the ground up for social network users. In short, their service allows users to share photo’s and galleries on their favorite social networking sites and also provides basic photo-editing services. Now let’s dig deeper…

The Photoshop product line is well known for it’s photo-editing abilities so we’ll take a better look at the power of their online version. The editing pane features three main areas: Basic, Adjustments, and Advanced. It doesn’t appear to have too many tools, yet there’s enough for a student or casual editor to have fun and touch up their photo’s. These range from fixing exposure issues to red eye and even photo touch ups. Picture 6

Now above your photo you have more options to “Decorate” your photo (in beta mode currently). This pane will give you shapes, speech boxes, and many other objects to add some creativity to your photo. Bear in mind this area is still in Beta so there will probably be many more options to choose from.

There’s lots to explore in their editing/decorating panes, so make sure you take a good look around!

Now comes the question “What do I do with my really nice photo?”. Well why don’t you add it in your photo gallery and submit it to your favorite social network site! These include Facebook, Flickr, Photobucket, and Picasa! Or you can email links to your gallery right within the free Photoshop website.
